Christ is Risen! Truly He is Risen!
It is important that we do not lose the transofmations we have made this Fast. Praying and meditating on the Bible and spiritual books is still as important. It is crucial not to only read the Word of God, but to understand and remember it. A great way to do this is by memorizing verses. Taking three main verses about different subjects and memorizing them will help achieve this. Three on love, hope, strength... etc. Another way is to highlight a verse from your daily readings that relates to you, and reciting it as your day goes by.
