This is probably the tasiest guacamole recipe I have ever had!  Great use for extra ripe avocados.


3 Avocados (flesh only)

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 tsp of ground cumin

1/2 tsp of cayenne

1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 medium onion (optional)

1 tomato (preferably Roma)


Mush the flesh of the avocado with a fork until there are only a couple chunks.  Add the lime juice, spices, and onion.  Mix well. Then add the tomatoes.  Do not mix the dip too much after this in order to allow the tomatoes to retain their liquid and not be ground.  Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve with tortilla chips or your favorite vegetables!
