Refrigerator Oatmeal

Pinterest has helped me find many great recipes, especially this one.  I love oatmeal but eating it on a hot, summer day is never something I want to do.  Cold, creamy, and delicious, refrigerator oatmeal is great for all times and all seasons.  And the recipe is extremely versatile to fit anyone's taste.

For 2 Servings:

-1/2 cup rolled oats (dry, uncooked)

-1/2 cup greek yogurt (plain yogurt works as well, but just use less milk)

    -2/3 cup lowfat milk

Mix all of these ingredients together and put in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 3 to 4 hours).  In the morning, open the oatmeal and add any toppings you would like.  Some of my favorites are:

    - Bluberries and honey

    - Peanut Butter and 1/2 of the bananas

    - Nutella
